 I enjoy
working out and I am excited to start teaching Zumba later this month!
I just received my master's in biology from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. I moved to the Maryland area in order to start at job at APG as an environmental toxicologist.
I got started with Zumba almost 3 years ago in Huber Heights, Ohio. The gym I attended added the
Zumba classes where I started attending 3 classes a week.
It was one of the most addicting workouts I had ever done because it was so much fun.
When I left for Bowling Green, Ohio in August 2006 to start my graduate program, I realized there were no Zumba classes up there. So I decided to get certified to teach and brought the class to Bowling Green in January 2007. I have been teaching ever since. I am very excited to teach here in Maryland. Zumba is just now getting into this area and I hope it will become huge. I thank you for this opportunity for me to bring my passion for Zumba to the Maryland area!
