Being active has always been a major part of my life. From my neighborhood to high school and throughout college I have played every sport imaginable. It was not until I studied at the University of Maryland did I realize how much physical activity benefited every aspect of my life.
As a fitness professional, I want to share my own expertise, along with the knowledge of my teammates at Beyond Fit with my clients to help them reach their own personal goals. I specialize in training athletes offering strength and conditioning regimens that can prepare athletes from all sports for their season.
I believe in a no excuses approach to training combining classic with contemporary and embracing education to improve my own performance for the benefit of my clients.
