As a resident of Harford County for a little over two years, I feel as if I have found a hidden oasis at Beyond Fit! The Beyond Fit team possesses the same love for good health and fitness for our friends and neighbors. I feel so lucky to be a part of such a dynamic team!
I discovered indoor fitness while training during the off season for mountain biking. The many hours spent on the indoor bike in a class setting was a perfect way of preparing for the fierce competition on the trails of Colorado! In addition to mountain biking, my other most favorite outdoor activity is alpine skiing. Both sports are demanding and require indoor training to stay on top of my game.
My passion is family, good health and being ACTIVE!!! I am driven to help others discover their inner athlete!
