Mike knew he needed to make a change. He just did not know where to
start. Once he walked into Beyond Fit in March 2009 we knew we could
help him.
Mike worked out with trainer, Matt Stansburg 3 times a week for 30 minute
workout sessions. He then followed each session with
cardiovascular exercise.
He also joined our Real
Health: Real Life program where he learned to eat
properly and developed making a healthy lifestyle
change.
