Educational Seminars
Education is a key factor in
achieving your health and fitness goals. Beyond Fit holds
education seminars by certified health professionals to
discuss various topics of health and wellness. Topics include
nutrition, golf fitness, diabetes, pre and post natal health, blood
pressure, cholesterol, running and even weight training in your own
home.
These one-hour seminars are held
monthly. Topics will vary weekly. There will be a cost for each
seminar. Cost will be determined per seminar. Pre registration is
required. Payment is due at time of registration.
