Welcome to Beyond Fit!
Overall wellness is
our mission here at Beyond Fit. Wellness involves getting in shape
physically, emotionally and mentally.
It
is not always about exercising. Reaching your goals can be an
emotional rollercoaster. Not only is your body changing, but
your outlook on life in general may change as well.
Exercise is great
for reducing stress, depression and anxiety, however, life happens and
you may be faced with difficult times. Our goal is to offer
guidance and support. Emotions and challenging situations can
cause you to stray from your own nutrition plan or lose track of your
training schedule.
As a Beyond Fit client, you
will be offered the chance to reach out to your personal trainer, nutritionist or group exercise instructor to discuss any
issues that are acting as a road block to reaching your
goals.
